Company History

VaxDesign, a Delaware corporation, was formed in July of 2003 as a spin-off from Sciperio Inc. VaxDesign is a private biotechnology company with its principal business office in Orlando, Florida. Our founders are the researchers, universities and private companies that have collaborated in a groundbreaking medical research project to invent new methods to predict the responses of the human immune system to vaccines and immune modulator drugs.
