Marva Sanders, CPA

Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Marva joined VaxDesign in [2004] as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. She has more than 15 years of experience in accounting, financial, and business management. Her areas of responsibility include management of all aspects of financial, accounting, budgeting, contracting, and business operations for VaxDesign.

Marva is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Business Manager. She is the November 2001 recipient of the Oklahoma Society of Public Accountants Gold Medal Award. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Management Accountants, the National Contract Management Association, Phi Kappa Phi, and Beta Alpha Psi.

She received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.
