Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Marva L. Sanders, CPA, CBM, Chief Operating Officer, has more than 15 years experience in accounting, financial, and business management. She received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Accounting from Oklahoma State University. Her areas of responsibilities include management of all aspects of financial, accounting, budgeting, contracting, and business operations for VaxDesign Corporation.

Ms. Sanders is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Business Manager. She is the November 2001 recipient of the Oklahoma Society of Public Accountants Gold Medal Award, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Management Accountants, the National Contract Management Association, Phi Kappa Phi, and Beta Alpha Psi.
