Vice President, Corporate Development

Mike joined VaxDesign in January 2006 and has served as Vice President, Corporate Development since June 2007. He previously provided business development advisory services to small biotechnology companies. Before that, he held the position of Vice President, Business Development, at Synta Pharmaceuticals, and the positions of Vice President, Strategic Development, and Vice President, Legal, and General Counsel at ArQule. He was also associate counsel (intellectual property) at the University of Massachusetts System and an associate at the law firm of Palmer & Dodge. Mike holds an undergraduate degree in biochemistry, summa cum laude, from Bowdoin College and a graduate degree in law, Order of the Coif, from UCLA.
