Frozen Donor Cells Compared to Fresh Donor Cells
In this experiment, VaxDesign tested frozen and fresh PBMCs from 16 donors and compared populations of viable cells. We found no difference in the viable cell populations, indicating that frozen storage does not harm the cells.
