MIMIC® System Helps U.S. Department of Defense Assess Plague Vaccine Candidate

The United States' Department of Defense Chemical Biological Medical Systems (CBMS) office features VaxDesign's MIMIC® System in the latest issue of Chem-Bio Defense Quarterly. Thanks to the MIMIC® System's high-throughput processing, CBMS was able to acquire information about human immune responses to a plague vaccine candidate "within six months of a cold start."

The Chemical Biological Medical Systems Joint Project Management Office (CBMS-JPMO) is responsible for the development, procurement, fielding, and sustaining of premier medical protection and treatment capabilities against chemical and biological warfare agents.
